Customized Air Intake Filter Designs
Permatron's PreVent® Equipment Protection Filters are custom manufactured for each application, ready in just days for easy installation and fitted to the individual equipment.
PreVent filters are made of washable media, which draws in and traps airborne particulates and debris before it can enter the equipment air intake. The filters are available with either 3-dimensional electrostatic polypropylene media or PVC coated polyester high abrasion media.
Available in three styles, we offer our PreVent Model R with a single or double layer of black polypropylene media encased in a rigid steel frame; PreVent Model U with a single or double layer of black polypropylene media encased in a flexible vinyl edge; and PreVent Model BHA with a single layer of black PVC coated polyester high abrasion media encased in a flexible vinyl edge.
Our flexible vinyl edged filters can be affixed to the outer perimeter of an air intake by hook/loop attachment or grommets. Custom pipe or electrical cut-outs and center seams with grommets are available for a secure fit and sealed edges. Our rigid steel framed filter, available in various thicknesses, can slide into a holding channel or be attached with magnetic stripping or special clips.
