Air Conditioner Cut-to-Fit Air Filter Solutions
Cool, clean air is the relief you expect from your air conditioning unit with the addition of Permatron's cut-to-fit air filters. This product is available in several different filtration media, depending on your needs. Simply measure the existing disposable air filter currently in the unit and trim our filter pad to fit.
PermaCool® is a unique washable 1/4" corrugated polypropylene filtration media whose electrostatic charge assists in removing dust, lint, pollen and other irritating pollutants from the air in your environment. PermaCool's dense, 3-dimensional waffle weave configuration enhances its filtration abilities and creates a rigid/durable electrostatic air filter with the convenience of a cut-to-fit solution. Unlike other media which may compress and restrict air flow, PermaCool retains its low resistance design after installation. Our PermaCool media is available in individual sheets for single use in a standard wall/window air conditioning units or service rolls rolls for PTAC or multiple unit usage. Every 30 days, this filter should be rinsed or vacuum cleaned. PermaCool's polypropylene media will not degrade over time as foam does. Media comes with a lifetime warranty.
A second option is to use disposable odor and fume removing activated carbon coated polyester filter media. This filter offers dual action media for dirt/dust and odors. Carbon won't brush off. Our third option is disposable non-woven polyester filter media. These two filter models should to be changed out as needed.
And our last option is to use a filter made of washable 20 PPI foam filter media. Every 30 days, this filter should be rinsed or vacuum cleaned.
All cut-to-filters come in individual display pack cases or commercial bulk packs.
