Aluminum, Galvanized & Stainless Mesh Filters
Corrugated mesh filters, Models MMA, MMH, MMG and MMS, are made of corrugated aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel. These 1" or 2" thick filters contain multiple layers of metal mesh, expanded through specified feeds to assure maximum filtering and internal loading capabilities.
Our oil mist or water droplet metal mesh filter, Model MME, is made of multiple layers of bonded aluminum with expanded galvanized wire support held in a 1" or 2" thick galvanized steel frame. This filter captures oil mist found in return air of industrial machine shops and water droplets from cooling coils and evaporative media or unevaporated moisture downstream from humidifiers.
We also offer service rolls of cut-to-fit aluminum mesh air filter media is also available. This metal filter media is available in a 20 gauge corrugated aluminum, aluminum mesh or bonded aluminum. The media comes in .125", .25" and .625" thickness and is available in rolls and cut to size pieces.
For caustic or corrosive environments, we recommend using a stainless steel metal mesh or our washable electrostatic Model IN in a stainless steel frame for the best results.
