Metal Filter | Metal Mesh Filters
An extensive line of
washable metal filters are available in a number of models
depending on your application needs. Metal mesh air filters
come in aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel for use in
heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems, intake and
cabinet filters, rough-in filters, pre-filters and moisture
eliminating filters. Thicker mesh filters work well to
capture oil mist found in return air of industrial machine shops
and water droplets from cooling coils and evaporative media or
unevaporated moisture downstream from humidifiers.
Metal baffle filters are available in aluminum, galvanized
steel and stainless steel for use in restaurant, food processing
and high heat applications.
For caustic or corrosive environments, we recommend using a stainless steel metal mesh or our washable electrostatic Model IN in a stainless steel frame for the best results.
Metal pad stabilizing frames are also
available in a .02 guage or heavy duty 24 guage galvanized
steel frame with expanded metal support grid on one side.
This can be used in filtration applications involving media pad
change outs. The frame is available with or without 2
criss crossed wire supports to hold the media in place.
