Permatron Corporation expands it’s line of high efficiency, cut-to-fit electrostatic air filters for window/wall air conditioners to replace common foam.   These air filter upgrades capture airborne particles and enhances the air conditioning unit’s operating efficiency. 

    PermaCool®, a unique ¼” thick, sturdy corrugated media is a permanent/washable electrostatic media that will not disintegrate from rinsing.   Odor removing Activated Carbon serves a dual purpose in homes with pet, smoke, sick room or cooking odors.  Odors and fumes are adsorbed into the media, not masked by another smell/spray.  The air filter is replaced when the media becomes saturated.  The third version is a disposable non-woven polyester media. As the media becomes filled with airborne pollutants, it is easily disposed and replaced with a new piece of media.   These air filters can also be used as a prefilter or afterfilter in other types of applications where a ¼”  flexible filter is needed.
