Air Filter Media Sheets -- Cut To Size

A diverse range of synthetic electrostatic air filter media, both woven and nonwoven, is used in filtration designs. These media include wool, polyester, polypropylene, rayon nylon and other synthetic fibers and foams. Some synthetic media substrates can also be impregnated with finely ground coatings, such as Activated Carbon, Activated Aluminum, Antimicrobial, Conductive Carbon, Silica Gel, Potassium Carbonate or Potassium Permanganate for odor/fume removing applications.

Media handling operations include fabric sheeting, die cutting, pleating, laminating and fabric layering.

28 guage galvanized or stainless steel pad stabilizing frames are also available for filtration applications involving frequent media change outs, where washing media is prohibitive or too time consuming. Wire support grid dimensions are 1/2" x 1". Frame thicknesses available in 1/2", 1" and 2".
