Permatron offers two types of throwaway disposable, extended surface pleat filters. 

Model PL-30 -- High performance 100% synthetic air filtration media is pleated to allow total media usage, maximum air flow and high dust holding capacity.  Media is bonded to expanded metal support grids to prevent sagging, air bypass and media flutter. Encased in moisture resistant carrier board frame with diagonal & horizontal support members.  Available in 1" (13 pleats per lineal foot), 2" (10 pleats per lineal foot) and 4" (9 pleats per lineal foot) thickness.  Initial air flow resistance = 1"--0.15; 2"--0.12; 4"--0.10 in. w.g.  Available in standard and special sizes.  UL 900 Class 2.   MERV 8

Model PL-30PLUS -- A unique, high performance, self-supporting blend of 100% synthetic fibers provides high dust holding per square foot of media.  Media bonded to a metal grid on the air exiting side.    Available in 1" (12 pleats per lineal foot),  2" (12 pleats per lineal foot),  4" (11 pleats per lineal foot) thickness.   Initial air flow resistance = 1"--0.17; 2"--0.15; 4"--0.10 in. w.g.  Available in standard and special sizes.  UL 900 Class 2.   MERV 11  Greater than 200 dust holding capacity @ 1.5" w.g.  Initial efficiency greater than 74% on 1-3 million particles
